NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 506 & 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW)




Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of FENNER, County of Madison has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and a copy will be filed during the month of May, 2026 with the Town Clerk at the Town Office, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person.




The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the

following days and hours:

May 7, 2026 9am – 1pm

May 14, 2026 9am – 1pm

May 21, 2026 9am – 1pm

May 23, 2026 4pm – 8pm
