SUFFOLK COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Fishers Island Water Works Corporation Case 25-W-0553 NOTICE OF WATER TARIFF REVISIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Fishers Island Water Works Corporation (“FIWW”) that on April 17, 2026, the New York State Public Service Commission (“Commission”) approved Tariff leaves to amend its Schedule for Water Service, P.S.C. No. 2, Water to become effective April 17, 2026. The Tariff amendments adopt rates that increase FIWW’s base delivery metered revenues by $376,076 or 39.9% offset by a decrease to FIWW System Improvement Charge to 0%. This rate increase has been allocated equally to Service Classifications 1 and 2. The new rates reflect FIWW’s actual costs of providing water service.
