Legal Notices Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article IX of the Town of Carroll Zoning Law, a Public Hearing will be held in the Carroll Town Hall, 5 W. Main Street, Frewsburg, New York, on Thursday, April 30, 2025 , at 7:00 PM. The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider the application of: Michael Mason, for a variance to construct an 8’ x 20’ pool house outside of the required front and side yard setbacks. Property is located at 20 Maple Street which is located in the R-2 Residential zoning district, also known as S.B.L. # 423.05-1-13. Megan Hughes, for a use variance to install a double-wide manufactured home.
