Legal Notices NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Carroll Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Carroll Town Hall, 5 W. Main Street, Frewsburg, New York, on Thursday, April 30, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., to consider the following Special Use Permit application: Emily Foy, seeking approval to install a 6-foot rear yard privacy fence at 14 Charles Street (Tax Map No. 406.18-2-14). FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that immediately following the Public Hearing, the Planning Board will consider a proposal from the Ad-Hoc Planning & Zoning Committee to establish a moratorium on certain uses not presently addressed in the Town of Carroll Zoning Law, including Battery Energy Storage Systems, Data Centers, Hydrogen Fuel Production Facilities, and Wind Energy Conversion Systems. The purpose of the proposed moratorium is to allow time for further study and possible inclusion in a future revision of the zoning law.
