CRCC Expansion Capital – Regional Council Capital Fund (Capital Grant) – Ithaca (Southern Tier Region – Tompkins County) – ESD proposes to make a $700,000 grant for construction and renovation of the Coddington Road Community Center in Ithaca. Total project cost is $5,314,000. The project will retain 15 existing full-time jobs and create 5 new full-time jobs.
