NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS




Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Poland, County of Chautauqua, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Bonnita Wallace, Town Clerk of the Town of Poland, at 3593 Church St, Kennedy, New York, 14747, where it may be examined by any interested person until the




First Tuesday in June.




The Assessor, or her designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Assessor’s Office, 3593 Church St, Kennedy, New York on the following dates and times by appointment only:




May 11, 2026 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

May 16, 2026 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

May 12, 2026 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

May 19, 2026 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.




The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 2, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Town of Poland Administration Building, 3593 Church St, Kennedy, New York, 14747, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
