INTERAGENCY BANK MERGER ACT APPLICATION Ulster Savings Bank, 180 Schwenk Drive, Kingston, New York 12401, has submitted to the Federal De- posit Insurance Corporation an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to merge UI- ster Interim Savings Bank II, 180 Schwenk Drive, Kingston, New York 12401, with and into Ulster Savings Bank.

It is contemplated that all offices of the above- named institutions will continue to be operated following the merger.

Any person wishing to comment on this applica- tion may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insur- ance Corporation at 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, New York 10118-0110 not later June 19, 2026.
