The 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll will also be available to view at www.townofcolonie.gov on the 1 st day of May, 2026. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on the 26 th day of May, 2026 the Board of Assessment Review will meet to hear complaints in relation to assessment in the Main Hearing Room, Memorial Town Hall, 534 New Loudon Road, Latham, New York 12110 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll.
