ORLEANS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Legal Notice Please take notice that the Village of Medina Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 5, 2026 at 6:05 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 600 Main Street, Medina, NY 14103 to consider an application for an area variance to construct a 12’ x 32’ covered patio onto a pole barn located at 131 Starling Drive, Medina, NY 14103. Zoned Single Family Residential, relevant to Section 254-25 C (1) of the Zoning Regulations of the Village of Medina, the applicant is seeking a variance of 352 sq ft. Code allows for an 800 sq ft building, requesting a total of 1152 sq ft. The proposed action has been classified as a Class II Action under SEQRA.
