ORLEANS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Legal Notice Please take notice that the Village of Medina Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 6:04 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 600 Main Street, Medina, NY 14103 to consider an application for an area variance to increase the opening of a driveway located at 814 Gwinn St, Medina, NY 14103. Zoned Single-Family Residential, relevant to Section 254-40 G (3) of the Zoning Regulations of the Village of Medina, the applicant is seeking a variance of 12 feet. Code requires that the opening of a driveway be a maximum of 20 feet. The proposed action has been classified as a Class II Action under SEQRA.
