ORLEANS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Legal Notice Please take notice that the Village of Medina Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 6:02 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 600 Main Street, Medina, NY 14103 to consider an application for an area variance to decrease the front yard setback to construct a covered porch located at 213 Park Ave, Medina, NY 14103. Zoned Two-Family Residential, relevant to Section 254-26 E(1)(a) of the Zoning Regulations of the Village of Medina, the applicant is seeking a variance of 10 feet. Code requires a 30 foot front yard setback from the right of way. The proposed action has been classified as a Class II Action under SEQRA.
