NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 3rd day of June, 2026, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of 360 Crystal Run LLC for Site Plan and Special Use Permit approval under Sections 249-38, 249-39, & 249-40 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate two warehouses on the premises located at 352-358 Crystal Run Road which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town’s Tax Maps as Section 60 of Block 1, Tax Lots 68.2 & 121.

All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place. The public hearing will be held in person only. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person to offer comment during the public hearing.
