PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE




Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board, Town of Plattekill, County of Ulster, on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at 7:00 PM Or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Plattekill Town Hall 

1915 Route 44/55, Modena, New York, 12548 

At this time, the Planning Board will be conducting a public hearing on the application of: 

THE RIDGEYARD for a Two-Lot Subdivision & Site-Plan

Proposing: Self-Storage Facility Site-Plan

The property is located at 2021 St. Rte. 44/55 and is designated on the Town of Plattekill Tax Map as Section 94.3, Block 1, Lot 14.1
