Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Plattekill, County of Ulster, on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Plattekill Town Hall, 1915 Route 44/55, Modena, New York 12548, at which time the Planning Board will be conducting a public hearing on the application of:

National Great Pyrenees Rescue Inc. for a Site Plan proposing a dog kennel/shelter; the property is located at 

75 Allhusen Road and is designated on the Town of Plattekill Tax Map as Section 94.4, Block 5, Lot 2.1; all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to this application, and for further information, all inquiries should be directed to Elizabeth Ackerly, Planning Board Clerk, at (845) 883-7331 ext. 18 or via email at PlattekillPlan@yahoo.com; by order of the Planning Board Chairman, Ernie VanDeMark
