NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT NOTICE Pursuant to the regulations at 24 CFR Parts 91, the City of Niagara Falls, NY, has prepared its 2026 Annual Action Plan that includes the 2026 proposed budget for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. The City has also made modifications to their Citizen Participation Plan and Amended prior year Action Plans to reallocate funding. A public hearing will be held to present the plan and modifications on: Thursday, April 30, 2026 5:00 p.m. City Council Chambers City Hall - 745 Main Street Niagara Falls, New York The 2026 Annual Action Plan, Citizen Participation Plan and Substantial Amendment notice will be available for public review on April 30, 2026, at the following locations: Department of Community Development 745 Main Street - City Hall Building, Niagara Falls, New York www.niagarafallsusa.org All City residents are encouraged to attend this hearing.
