A public hearing before the Town of Olive Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the Town Meeting Hall on Bostock Road in Shokan, New York to consider the following ap- plications:
At 7:05 p.m., Application 26-02 of Max Segan, rep- resented by Rangr Studio Architecture, for prop- erty located at 250 Acorn Hill Road, Olivebridge, NY 12461 for a variance of Article IV, Section 155- 16/Article X, Section 155:A1(7) of the zoning or- dinance to change the maximum building height from 35' to 42' to allow for construction of a tennis court enclosure to comply with national and inter- national tennis court standards.
At 7:25 p.m., Application 26-03 of Don Gomo, 56 Lang Road, West Shokan, NY 12494 for a variance of Article IV, Section 155-16/Article X, Section 155:A1(5) of the zoning ordinance to change the side yard setback from 25' to 10.5' to allow for the construction of an addition to their residence. At 7:45 p.m., Application 26-04 of Robert Beagen, 108 Weber Lane, Olivebridge, NY 12461 for a vari- ance of Article III, Section 155-11(D) to increase the maximum fence height of 6' to allow for an 8' deer fence.
The above applications are open to inspection at the office of Ms. Kim Daley, Town Clerk, Town Office Building, Watson Hollow Road, West Sho- kan, New York. Persons wishing to appear at such hearings may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
