PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the County Legislature of the Coun- ty of Oswego will meet at the Legislative Chambers, 46 East Bridge Street, Oswego, NY 13126, at 7:00 p.m., on the 9th day of April 2026, for the pur- pose of holding a public hearing on Local Law No.3 of the Year 2026 Entitled, "A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NUM- BER 4 OF 2022 PERMITTING ATV USE ON CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS"
