NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW





PLEASE TAKE NOTICE , that the County Legislature of the County of Oswego will meet at the Legislative Chambers, 46 East Bridge Street, Oswego, NY 13126, at 7:00 p.m., on the 9 th day of April 2026, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on Local Law No.3 of the Year 2026 Entitled , “ A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NUMBER 4 OF 2022 PERMITTING ATV USE ON CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS” .




Copies of the proposed local law are available in the Clerk of the Legislature ’s Office at 46 East Bridge Street, Oswego, NY 13126 and available online at oswegocounty.com. Requests can also be e-mailed to betsy.saunders @oswegocountyny.gov .
