PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the County Legislature of the Coun- ty of Oswego will meet at the Legislative Chambers, 46 East Bridge Street, Oswego, NY 13126, at 7:00 p.m., on the 9 th day of April 2026, for the pur- pose of holding a public hearing on Local Law No.2 of the Year 2026 Entitled, "A LOCAL LAW ESTABLISHING A REGISTRY OF ANIMAL ABUSE OFFENDERS AND PROHIBITING ANIMAL OWNERSHIP BY ANIMAL ABUSE OFFENDERS WITHIN THE COUN- TY OF OSWEGO". Copies of the proposed local law are available in the Clerk of the Legislature 's Office at 46 East Bridge Street, Oswego, NY 13126 and available online at Oswegocounty.com.
