LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Clinton County Personnel Conference Room 2nd Floor of the Clinton County Government Center, 137 Margaret Street, Room 215, Plattsburgh, New York, on June 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. on the matters of amending the Civil Service Rules for Clinton County. Copies of the proposed changes are available for inspection at the Department of Personnel link of the Clinton County Government website, clintoncoun tyny.gov, or during normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) in the Clinton County Department of Personnel, 2nd Floor of the Clinton County Government Center, 137 Margaret Street, Room 212, Plattsburgh, New York. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special accommodations, within reason and upon request at least forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting, will be provided to persons with disabilities.
