NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Please take notice that a meeting of the City of Plattsburgh Planning Board will take place in the Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 41 City Hall Place, Plattsburgh, New York on Monday, April 27, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing applications before the Planning Board and will be preceded by a preliminary meeting/work session at 5:30 p.m. in the same location. A public hearing will be held for the following items: 26-03 HSR 132 Court St., garage rehab. TMP#207.18-5-12 Zone RH Historic District Court St. Historic District Project Description: requests to jack and straighten the existing carriage garage. Replace rotted wood: sills, studs, siding, etc. Excavate the current foundation. Install new footer and foundation. Make driveway repairs in the front of the garage.
