VILLAGE OF PULASKI NOTICE OF MEETING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Pulaski PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Pulaski will hold a Public Hearing on May 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 4917 North Jefferson Street, County of Oswego, State of New York, regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Pulaski and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office, 4917 North Jefferson Street, County of Oswego, State of New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
