NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Oneida County Local Development Corporation (the “Corporation”) will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 103-a(2)(a) on April 28, 2026 at 9:45 a.m., local time, at 584 Phoenix Drive, Rome, New York 13441. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity for interested parties and citizens to be heard regarding the proposed adoption of procedures governing board member and public attendance at meetings conducted with the use of videoconferencing due to extraordinary circumstances. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that the draft procedures are available for public inspection on the Corporation’s website at: https://www.oneidacountyldc.org/meeting-materials/board-materials/ and at the offices of the Corporation, 584 Phoenix Drive, Rome, New York 13441. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that the Board will accept written comments or questions from the public concerning the adoption of said draft procedures. Any written comments may be sent to Oneida County Local Development Corporation, 584 Phoenix Drive, Rome, New York 13441, ATTN: Timothy Fitzgerald, Executive Director and/or via email at tfitzgerald@mvedge.org. Any such written comments or questions may be so filed until the close of such hearing, and if timely received, will be read into the minutes of the public hearing. Upon conclusion of this public hearing, the Board of Directors intends to vote on a resolution at its public meeting on May 15, 2026.
