PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Office Building Board Room on April 22, 2026 at 7:00 pm, pursuant to the Village Zoning Law, to consider the area variance application of Keith Falkenberg to vary the strict application of Section 225-A5 Density Control Schedule for Side Yard Setback; Minimum Open Area; Percentage of Lot Width; and Maximum Stories; and Section 225-69D, Non-conforming Buildings, Structures and Uses, Extension or Expansion at the property addressed as 3 Tallcott Lane in the Village of Skaneateles. A copy of the application is available for inspection at Village Hall or on the web site with the psted agenda. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. Comments can be submitted in writing to ZBA, Village of Skaneateles, 26 Fennell St., Skaneateles, NY 13152.
