PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Office Building Board Room on April 22, 2026 at 7:10 pm, pursuant to the Village Zoning Law, to consider of the application of Peter Blewett to vary the strict application of Section 225-A5 Density Control Schedule for Front Yard Setback; Minimum Open Area; and Section 225-69D, Non-conforming Buildings, Structures and Uses, Extension or Expansion to expand the existing 24.5’ wide, ~12’ deep rear deck with an additional 10’ of depth on the north side (for total depth of 22.1’) at the property addressed as 8 Orchard Rd. in the Village of Skaneateles. A copy of the application is available for inspection at Village Hall or on the web site with the posted agenda. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard.
