PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Office Building Board Room on April 22, 2026 at 7:05 pm, pursuant to the Village Zoning Law, to consider the area variance application of Vince DeJesus to vary the strict application of Section 225-A5 Density Control Schedule for Front Yard Setback; Minimum Open Area; and Section 225-69D, Non-conforming Buildings, Structures and Uses, Extension or Expansion to demolish the existing 10’ wide, 3’ deep front porch and construct a new 21’ wide, 8’ deep new front porch at the property addressed as 35 State Street in the Village of Skaneateles.. A copy of the application is available for inspection at Village Hall or on the web site with the posted agenda. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. Comments can be submitted in writing to ZBA, Village of Skaneateles, 26 Fennell St., Skaneateles, NY 13152.
