TOWN OF LEWISBORO
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Lewisboro, Westchester County, New York will convene a Public Hearing on May 19, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, at the Town Offices at 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, regarding the following:
Cal #01-25PB, Cal #03-26SW
Application for Site Development Plan Approval, Special Use Permit Approval and Town Stormwater Permit to St. Paul’s Parish, 313 Smith Ridge Road, South Salem, NY 10590; Sheet 49C, Block 9834, Lot 63 (St. John’s Church Episcopal Society, owner of record) for
construction of a parish house, septic system, potable water well, driveway and stormwater management. The subject property consists of approx. 4.0 acres and is located in a Special Character Residential Two Acre (SCR-2A) Zoning District.
A copy of materials and proposed site documents may be inspected at the office of the Planning Board Administrator, 79 Bouton Road, South Salem , New York during regular Planning Board hours. Persons wishing to object to the application should file a notice of objection with the Planning Board together with a statement of the grounds of objection prior to the closing of the Public Hearing. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing and all will be provided an opportunity to be heard.
