NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hybrid public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm at in the Municipal Board Room of Village Hall at 23 Main Street, Southampton, NY 11968 and via videoconferencing, by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Incorporated Village of Southampton NY. At this meeting the following projects will be reviewed: #3235 – SEERSUCKER I LLC 365 SOUTH MAIN STREET SCTM: 904-17-1-5 R-120 Lot Size: 85,867 sq. ft. Applicant request waiver of § 43-12 Home Energy Rating System (HERS) pursuant to § 116-28L (1) requiring payment in lieu of a green energy fee to the Village of Southampton: 1. Waive the on-site provision of approximately 40 solar panels on the single-family parcel at 365 South Main Street needed to meet the requirements of § 43-12 Home Energy Rating System (HERS) for a new or substantially reconstructed dwelling to preserve the historic and/or architectural character and integrity of a building of historic and/or architectural significance. #3236 – SEERSUCKER II LLC 385 SOUTH MAIN STREET SCTM: 904-17-1-8 R-120 Lot Size: 85,857 sq. ft.
