At this meeting the following projects will be reviewed: #3231 – 8 SQUABBLE LANE LLC 8 SQUABBLE LANE SCTM: 904-30-1-20 R-120 Lot Size: Approx. 106,367 sq. ft. Applicant request wetlands (natural resource) permit pursuant to Ch. 116 Article IIIA 19.2C (Wetlands) to allow regulated activities within 150 ft. regulated wetland setbacks for: 1. A proposed 4’ x 42.5 ft. “kayak dock “on Wickapogue Pond with catwalk and ladder. 2. Proposed phragmites cutting within wetlands area twice annually to a height 6 ft. above grade. #3232 – VEBO LLC 1471 MEADOW LANE SCTM: 904-22-1-7 R-120 Lot Size: Approx. 58,596 sq. ft.
