The Southampton Press – Eastern and Western Editions Town of Southampton Zoning Board of Appeals PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 330 SECTION 164 – H OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON ZONING LAW, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL LAW NO. 14 of 2022, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MAY 7, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M. , BOTH IN-PERSON AT SOUTHAMPTON TOWN HALL, 116 HAMPTON ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON, NEW YORK, AND VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 1. Suffolk Realty Management, LLC (app# 2600016) 9 Lake Avenue. East Quogue. SCTM# 900-138-1-104.1.
