NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of St. Armand, Essex County, New York, will conduct two PUBLIC HEARINGS on Wednesday, May 27 th beginning at 5:30 PM for the purpose of Public hearing #1: Local Law to increase the Town Clerk salary, and #2: Local Law to ban BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), followed by a Special Board Meeting for the purpose of reviewing zoning surveys.
