TOWN OF STONY CREEK, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Stony Creek on May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Stony Creek, 52 Hadley Road, Stony Creek, New York for the consideration of a proposed local law to provide for partial real property tax exemptions for persons sixty five years of age or older. The proposed local law would grant a partial exemption from taxation of real property which is owned by certain persons with limited income who are sixty five years of age or older.
