ESSEX COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Ticonderoga, County of Essex, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Ticonderoga Community Building, 132 Montcalm Street, in said Town, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Wednesday in May. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll as follows: 1st Day May 6, 2026 Hours of 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. 2nd Day May 13, 2026 Hours of 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. 3rd Day May 20, 2026 Hours of 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. 4th Day May 23, 2026 Hours of 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Ticonderoga Community Building, LaChute Hall, 132 Montcalm Street in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing him/herself to be aggrieved.
