TOWN OF FRANKLIN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Franklin, Delaware County, New York on June 2, 2026 at 7:01 p.m. at the Treadwell Fire Department Fire House, 9202 Co Rd 16, Treadwell, New York regarding “A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE TOWN SUPERVISOR OF THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN FROM TWO (2) YEARS TO FOUR (4) YEARS.”




Notice is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed resolution will be reviewed incident to, and as a part of, said public hearing.




Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed resolution, a copy of which is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office. Persons who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
