Application for an area variance from the requirements of Village of Upper Nyack Zoning Law §6.9.3 to permit a rear yard setback to a swimming pool of 12 feet, where a minimum 30 foot rear yard setback is required for the addition of an in-ground swimming pool on property improved with a single-family residence in the Residence R-10 Zoning District.
