NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2026

OF THE TOWN OF VILLENOVA




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held at the Town Building, 1094 Butcher Rd., South Dayton, New York, in and for the Town of Villenova, Chautauqua County, New York State on the 10th day of June 2026, at 7:10 P.M, on proposed local law Introduction No. 3 of 2026 entitled:

“ VILLENOVA SOLAR ENERGY FACILITIES LAW”

The proposed local law, if adopted, will amend the Town of Villenova Zoning Law to repeal and replace Local Law No. 1 of 2016 regulating small scale solar energy systems and Local Law No 2 of 2016 regulating commercial scale solar energy systems in the Town of Villenova and Local Law No. 3 of 2024. The repealed laws shall be replaced in their entirety with the new Villenova Solar Energy Facilities Law.

All interested persons will be heard at the Public Hearing. Comments concerning state environmental quality review will also be heard.

A copy of the complete text of the proposed local law is posted on the bulletin board of the Town Clerk in the Town Building, 1094 Butcher Rd., South Dayton, New York.

This notice is given pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Villenova dated the 13 TH Day of May 2026
