TOWN OF VIRGIL NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE VIRGIL PLANNING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held by the Town of Virgil Planning Board on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Virgil Town Hall, 1176 Church Street, Virgil, New York 13045. A site plan review will be held to consider the following application for the property located at 1700 State Route 392, Town of Virgil, New York, and is identified as Tax Map No. 127.00-08-03.000. 1. Applicants Alan and Sue Stevens are seeking a site plan review approval from the Virgil Planning Board, contingent upon approval of the use variance. The applicants plan to construct an additional mini-Storage building located to the rear of the existing structures. The applicants appeared before the Planning Board in 2017 and in 2018 and they were approved. However, due to COVID the expanded area was not constructed at that time and building permits were not obtained, current zoning regulations require a new site plan review and approval. The application materials are available for review at www.virgilny.gov or by contacting the Office of the Town Clerk at (607) 835-6174, Ext. 2. All interested persons will be heard at the public hearing. Persons may appear in person, by attorney, or by other representative. Written communications relating to the application may be submitted to the Virgil Planning Board prior to the hearing or at the time of the public hearing.
