PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to Section 506 & 526 of the Real Property Tax Law
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tentative Assessment roll for the Town of Walton, NY has been completed for the current year and that upon receipt a copy will be left at the Walton Town Hall, 129 North Street, Walton, NY, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested.
The Assessor will be in attendance with said Roll on
Monday, May 4, 9am – 1pm
Wednesday, May 6, 9am – 1pm
Wednesday, May 13, 9am – 1pm
Saturday, May 16, 4pm – 8pm
Therein until the Wednesday following the fourth Tuesday of May and that on such day at 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. the Board of Assessment Review will meet at the Walton Town Hall at 129 North Street in said Town to hear and examine all written filed complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person conceiving themselves aggrieved thereby.
