TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL




(Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law)




Notice is hereby given that the Assessor has completed the TENTATIVE Assessment Roll for the

Town of York in the County of Livingston for the year 2026. The Roll is on file and may be seen and examined by any person until the 1st Tuesday of June. The Board of Assessment Review will meet to hear complaints at the York Town Hall on Tuesday, May 26 from 4pm to 8pm. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll at the York Town Hall, 2668 Main St. on Tuesday, May 12, 2024 from 9-12am, Wednesday, May 13th from 9-12pm and 1-4pm , Wednesday, May 20th from 4-8pm, Saturday, May 23rd by appointment.

In accordance with Section 526 of the Real Property Tax Law, a publication containing the
