COUNTY OF ERIE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS REBID - ERIE COUNTY COURT BUILDING EXTERIOR REPAIR AND WATERPROOFING PROJECT NO. 2019-814-01 Sealed bids for General Construction work for the above project will be received by the County’s Commissioner of Public Works in Suite 1400 of the Rath County Office Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York 14202 until 2:00 PM local time on March 19th, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. NYSDOL Certificate of Contractor Registration, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates, MBE/WBE/SDVOB, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project.
