ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

ERIE COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 3 BLASDELL VILLAGE BARN CONTRACT NO. 86




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for the above referenced contracts will be received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning (ECDEP) on April 2, 2026 until 11:00 AM, local time, at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 1004. 

The Project includes construction of an approximately 1,500 square foot maintenance building. The general contract includes construction of building and site development inclusive of utilities, site work, concrete foundation and flat work. The installation of all heating and electrical equipment to be included in general contract.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM at 3595 Jeffrey Boulevard, Blasdell, NY 14219. Additional information and bid documents can be found at: www3.erie.gov/dsm
