The County of Erie Department of Public Works is seeking qualification statements and proposals from interested firms to provide professional services for the commercial warehouse and office space lease. All correspondence, communications and/or contact with the County regarding this proposal shall be in writing to William.Geary@erie.gov by 2:00 PM, local time on March 13, 2026. Qualification statements and proposals for the above project will be received by the County’s Commissioner of Public Works in Suite 1400 of the Rath County Office Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York 14202 until 4:00 PM local time on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
