ERIE COUNTY NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received and considered by the Town Board of the Town of Cheektowaga on March 11th 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time at Town Hall, corner of Broadway and Union Road for the purchase of Pool Chemicals to be used at all three Town swimming pools (Bid # 2026-5). Information for bidders and specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk at her office in Town Hall. Bid prices will be in effect for the calendar year 2026. The Town of Cheektowaga reserves the right to consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and may waive any informalities, make an award to other than the lower bidder, should it be in the best interest of the Town, or reject any or all bids.
