ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed bids are sought and requested for (2) two 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4 4WD 4 Door, Fire Chiefs vehicles and will be received by the Board of Fire Commissioners on Monday March 23, 2026 until 6:00 pm, in the Forks Fire District office located at 3330 Broadway, Cheektowaga, New York 14227 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must include delivery date of said vehicle. Bids must be in accordance with specifications on file with Chief Thomas Brennan of the Forks Fire District at 3330 Broadway Cheektowaga, New York 14227, and copies of said specifications can be obtained by calling the Chief at 716 583 2907. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any and all informalities, or to make a bid to other than the lowest bidder and is in the best interest of the Fire District.
