Food Service Consultant Services Queensbury Union Free School District 429 Aviation Road Queensbury, New York 12804 Request for Proposal for Food Service Consultant Services 11:00am Tuesday, March 24, 2026 The Queensbury Union Free School District, hereinafter referred to as “the District”, requests proposals from qualified individuals, and agencies, herein referred to as "Provider", for Food Service Consultant for assistance with monitoring the District's Child Nutrition Program for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, with options for one year renewals up to five years. Scope and Purpose The services would include, but are not limited to: Monitor operations for compliance with bid specifications Perform quality assurance reviews. Analyze meal participation and food service management Perform annual audits for total food service operation. Proposers should send completed proposals in their own professional format. The proposals should include fee structure, name of firm, address, telephone number, original signature, and date.
