NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Board of Education for Madison Oneida BOCES, in Verona, New York, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law and Article 119-0 of the General Municipal Law, will receive Proposals for:

Education Consulting Services: Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)

Madison-Oneida BOCES (MOBOCES) seek s proposals for staff & curriculum development services to strengthen instruction, raise standards, improve curriculum & assessment practices, while building capacity across MOBOCES campus-wide programs and component districts: Camden Central School District, Canastota Central School District, Hamilton Central School District, Madison Central School District, Morrisville-Eaton Central School District, Oneida City School District, Rome City School District, Stockbridge Valley Central School District, Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Central School District and the NYS School for the Deaf. 

MOBOCES will accept proposals from experienced consultants to support the development and enhancement of our educational staff and curricula. The selected consultants will work closely with our team to ensure alignment with best practices and institutional goals.

Proposals will be received until 4:30 PM on the 16th day of March 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically (PDF format preferred) to:

Madison Oneida BOCES reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for 60 days subsequent to the date of the Proposal opening.
