LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Real Property Tax Law, Sec. 506 & 512) Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Town of Eden, New York, in the County of Erie, for the year 2026 – 2027, has been completed by the undersigned Assessor, and that a certified copy thereof has been filed in the office of the Assessor, at the Eden Town Hall, 2795 East Church Street, Eden, NY. The Tentative Assessment Roll can be examined in the Assessor’s Office by appointment Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Thursday May 21st 4:00pm – 8:00pm, or Saturday May 23rd 8:00am – 12:00pm. The Tentative Assessment Roll is also available on the Town of Eden's website www.edenny.gov. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at the Eden Town Hall, 2795 East Church Street, Eden, NY. The hours will be 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm in the 2nd floor conference room.
