VILLAGE OF GENESEO

STATE OF NEW YORK




The undersigned Collector of Taxes in and for the Village of Geneseo, Livingston County, New York, hereby gives notice that the Tax Roll of said Village and the warrant for the collection of taxes for the present year have been left with them. They will attend to their office in the Geneseo Building, 119 Main Street, Geneseo, New York, from June 1, 2026 through July 1, 2026 from 8:30AM until 4:30PM of each of said days, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, through and including July 1, 2025 for payment of said taxes without additional charges.




On all such taxes remaining unpaid after July 1, 2026, five percent (5%) will be added for the first month and an additional one percent (1%) for each month or fraction thereafter, through and including September 30, 2026. On October 1, 2026 they will be turned over to the Livingston County, New York Treasurer for collection with an additional five percent penalty.




Village of Geneseo Taxes may be paid in person, dropped off; there is a red payment drop box located in the Police Department entrance on the South side of the Geneseo Building located at 119 Main Street or paid online at www.geneseony.gov.
