To: John Braun ("Braun")
 Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-titled civil proceeding currently pending in the Wake County Superior Court. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
 Southern Property Consultants, LLC, d/b/a Industrial Automation Co. ("IAC") brings this action and asserts claims for breach of contract concerning certain restrictive covenant agreements between you and IAC. IAC asks the Court to enter both legal and equitable remedies against you in the form of monetary damages and injunctive relief.
 You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than 40 days after the first publication of this notice, and upon your failure to do so IAC will apply to the Court for the relief requested.
