TO: ANTONIO TERRELL DAIL, SR., THE FATHER OF H. U.-D. or any other person claiming parental rights to the infant respondent
(The object of this action is to notify the adult respondent parents of an Adjudicatory Hearing scheduled herein so that said adult respondent parents may appear to protect their interests.)
You are hereby notified that an abuse and/or neglect and/or abandonment petition has been filed with the Circuit Court of Webster County, West Virginia, on the 10th day of February, 2026, and assigned Case Numbers 26-JA-9, wherein it is alleged that the father of infants H. U.-D., (DOB: 10/27/2016) is Antonio Terrell Dail, Sr., and that the mother of the infants is Dakota Underwood, who resides in Webster County, West Virginia. An Adjudicatory hearing will be held in this matter on the 2nd day of June, 2026 at 9:30 o'clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the courtroom of the
Webster County Court House in Webster Springs, West Virginia. You and each of yours are hereby notified that you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings and ALL PROCEEDINGS CAN RESULT IN THE PERMANENT TERMINATION OF CUSTODIAL AND PARENTAL RIGHTS TO SAID INFANT CHILD.
Accordingly, you and each of you who may have an interest in these proceedings must attend and assert your parental rights and make such defense as you shall deem advisable on the date and time aforesaid, or termination of your custodial and parental rights may be ordered by the Court.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Webster County, West Virginia at the Webster County Court House, Webster Springs, West Virginia and an answer must be served, prior to the next hearing, upon the following:
